Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India Gate for the position of Advocate. The Advocate will handle legal documentation, draft contracts, and provide timely legal advice. Additionally, responsibilities include analyzing business risks, representing the company in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to resolve legal issues is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Legal Documentation, Contract Drafting, and Corporate Law
- Experience in Risk Analysis, Compliance Management, and Legal Research
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and familiarity with representing organizations in legal proceedings
- Ability to work accurately under pressure with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master's in Law (LLM) is preferred
- Fluency in English and regional languages for effective communication
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
