Job Description: Divorce Advocate for Ankit Bihani Position: Divorce Advocate Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Divorce Advocate to join the team of Ankit Bihani, a proprietor based in Delhi. As a Divorce Advocate, your primary responsibility will be to provide legal representation and advice to Ankit Bihani in divorce cases and related matters. This is a per day basis job with a 9-hour shift, and payment will be made at the end of each day. The job location is E-3, 3rd floor, Krishna Nagar, Delhi - 110051. **Responsibilities**: 1. Legal Representation and Advice - Offer expert legal representation and advice to Ankit Bihani in divorce cases and related legal matters. - Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws, including the Hindu Marriage Act and the Indian Contract Act, to develop effective legal strategies. 2. Court Proceedings and Advocacy - Represent Ankit Bihani in court proceedings, presenting compelling legal arguments and advocating for his interests. - Attend court proceedings at Karkardooma Court as required, with full conveyance expenses covered by Ankit Bihani. - Engage in respectful and constructive discussions with involved parties as requested by Ankit Bihani during the work shift. - Provide witness testimony during court proceedings and ensure your presence in court on scheduled hearing dates. 3. Case Management - Regularly update Ankit Bihani on case progress and provide thorough details of all proceedings and related matters. - Actively participate in discussions regarding any fresh complaints, requests, or cases involving any person or entity related or unrelated to the divorce. - Maintain strict confidentiality, respecting the privacy of all conversations with Ankit Bihani. 4. Professional Conduct - Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. - Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in the legal profession. 5. Qualifications and Requirements - Possess a law degree from a recognized institution. - Hold a valid advocate ID. - Have a minimum of [X] years of experience as a Divorce Advocate. - In-depth knowledge of the Hindu Marriage Act, Indian Contract Act, and other relevant laws. - Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Additional Details - Payment will be made digitally at the end of each day. - Tea and light snacks will be provided twice a day during the 9-hour shift. - The working environment will be peaceful and air-conditioned, with a separate desk and a comfortable chair provided. - Any existing direct contact/approach/relation with the presiding judge "Naresh Kumar Malhotra" would be considered an added advantage. - Adherence to confidentiality, refraining from recording or leaking any conversation with Ankit Bihani, is mandatory.
