F&A Recruiter

Job Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Shift timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Finance & Accounting (F&A) Hiring

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Accounting roles (AP, AR, R2R, GL, FP&A, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable profiles.
  • Manage the interview process, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&A hiring (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting job roles.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
