We're looking for a highly experienced Facebook Ads Specialist who has previously worked with top IIT-JEE and NEET coaching institutes and understands student behavior, lead conversion funnels, parent psychology, and enrollment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns targeting IIT-JEE / NEET aspirants and parents.
  • Build effective funnels that convert leads to admissions (awareness → lead gen → counselling → enrollment).
  • Conduct audience research based on age, class level (Class 9–12 & Droppers), interest clusters and city-based segmentation.
  • Write compelling ad creatives, messaging, and A/B variations suited for the Indian education market.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for CAC, CPL, ROAS.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, sales teams, and management to ensure high conversion from leads.
  • Track admissions pipeline and refine strategy based on real enrollment performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience running successful FB campaigns for IIT-JEE/NEET coaching institutes (mandatory).
  • Deep understanding of education marketing funnels, student life cycles & admission season behaviour.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, automation tools, pixel tracking, and remarketing.
  • Ability to interpret campaign analytics and optimise budgets effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Instagram ads, YouTube ads, or Google Ads for coaching sector.
  • Creative direction for video + reel ads used for student/parent targeting.
  • Understanding of retention marketing and remarketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
