Job Title: Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist

Location: On-site

Experience Required: 2–8 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist with strong analytical skills and proven expertise in campaign optimization. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost. Prior experience in the Education / Ed-Tech sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
  • Create targeted and segmented audiences based on:
  • Location
  • Education level
  • Interests & behavior
  • Track and monitor key campaign metrics including:
  • Cost per Click (CPC)
  • Cost per Conversion (CPConv)
  • Lead generation ratio
  • Prepare detailed performance reports in Excel showcasing:
  • Ad spend
  • Leads generated
  • CPC
  • CPConv
  • Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Design and edit campaign creatives such as images and short videos.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Excel dashboards for detailed campaign analysis.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and minimize cost per lead.
  • Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to boost ad effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, and paid campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards, performance sheets).
  • Proven experience in Education / Ed-Tech industry is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, or short video editing tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, reporting skills, and data interpretation ability.
  • Must be able to submit past campaign performance reports including:
  • Total ad spend
  • Leads generated
  • CPC & CPConversion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
