Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Kanpur. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficient delivery of financial services. Key tasks include team leadership, performance management, operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
  • Strong operational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency and maintain service quality
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field
