Role: Healthcare Onboarding Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Experience: 10 Months to 1 Year BPO Experience Preferred

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate credentialing, compliance, and documentation
  • Communicate with new hires and internal teams for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance

Who Were Looking For:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelors degree (any stream)
  • Experience: 10 months to 1 year in any field
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS/onboarding tools
