Role: Healthcare Onboarding Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Experience: 10 Months to 1 Year BPO Experience Preferred
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for healthcare professionals
- Coordinate credentialing, compliance, and documentation
- Communicate with new hires and internal teams for a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
Who Were Looking For:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree (any stream)
- Experience: 10 months to 1 year in any field
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS/onboarding tools
