Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized, persuasive copy for multi-channel campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, Push, Web & App).
  • Collaborate with Adobe Target and Campaign specialists to align messaging with segmentation and testing strategies.
  • Create dynamic content variations for A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Maintain a library of templates, tone-of-voice guidelines, and scalable content for the Personalization POD.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging based on data and customer insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital copywriting, content creation, or personalization.
  • Experience in B2C marketing campaigns, ideally in travel, airlines, or high-volume e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization concepts.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and design teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel content strategies (Email, Push, WhatsApp, Web).
 

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience in Adobe Campaign or Target content integration.
  • Knowledge of dynamic content creation, personalization, and testing frameworks.
 

Work Mode

This is a mandatory Work-From-Office role based in Gurgaon, requiring daily collaboration with the Personalization POD to deliver high-impact personalized messaging.
