Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Designer / UX Specialist to craft visually appealing assets for campaigns, web, app, and push notifications. You will collaborate with the Adobe Target and Campaign teams to design dynamic creative variations that enhance conversion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design email templates, push notifications, web/app banners, and campaign assets for personalized campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign specialists to create multiple variations for A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Ensure all designs are mobile-first, visually consistent, and aligned with company's brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a library of scalable templates and reusable design assets.
  • Support the Personalization POD in improving user experience and engagement through creative innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in digital design, UX/UI, or visual communication.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, web, app, and push notification designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or similar).
  • Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and cross-channel design.
  • Ability to collaborate with content, campaign, and technical teams.
  • Experience in personalization or dynamic creative design is a plus.

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience working with Adobe Campaign or Adobe Target templates.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web templates.

Work Mode

This is a mandatory Work-From-Office role based in Gurgaon, collaborating closely with the Personalization POD to deliver high-impact, visually engaging, and personalized digital experiences.
