Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan demand & supply for international markets using marketing forecasts, historical, seasonal, and current sales trends.
  • Prepare 3-month rolling production plans in ERP, factoring in FG inventory for in-house plants.
  • Release production plans for LL & P2P plants and track FG availability at hub locations.
  • Ensure RM/PM availability at plants by the 28th of the prior month for seamless production.
  • Maintain FG inventory as per defined norms and monitor safety stock levels.
  • Weekly coordination with plants for FG readiness and with QA for timely FG release.
  • Liaise with Packaging Development for artwork changes and BOM updates in ERP.
  • Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports (Plan vs Actuals, Forecast Accuracy, FG Stock, Stock Aging).
  • Create monthly management presentation slides.
  • Monitor and control inventory across locations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Production & QC to assess demand, ensure OTIF 95%, and align on new product scale-up and registration batches.
