We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional attitude while delivering prompt and accurate information about our products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up for issue closure.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Support company objectives by promoting products or services when appropriate.
  • Qualifications and Skills:Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred
