Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and professional Jewelry Designer who has a knack of fine jewelry/gemstones along with interacting with clients on their potential queries. This is a dual-role position combining design and interactive support, ideal for someone who understands luxury jewelry and enjoys working with clients to bring their vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original and elegant designs for fine jewelry and custom pieces.
- Assist in creating seasonal collections and bespoke client pieces.
- Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries via
live chat, email, and phone
with professionalism and brand-aligned tone. - Assist customers with product questions, custom designs, order status, shipping, and care instructions.
- Interact with customers to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Offer guidance on gemstones, metals, and customization options.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Fine Jewelry, including gemstones, precious metals, and luxury design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage both creative and customer service responsibilities.
