As an experienced IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects that involve Python Full Stack development, Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP, and Machine Learning solutions. Your role will require a strong technical background and proven project management skills to ensure successful execution, adherence to timelines, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. - Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects across Python Full Stack, Cloud, and Machine Learning domains. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. - Create and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and risk logs. - Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in agile environments. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, blockers, and next steps. - Handle cross-team dependencies, prioritize tasks, and proactively resolve issues. - Stay updated on the latest technologies in cloud computing, full-stack development, and AI/ML. To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management. - Strong understanding of Python Full Stack technologies including Python, Django/Flask, React/Angular, and REST APIs. - Experience in managing Cloud-based projects with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Exposure to Machine Learning projects or collaboration with data science teams is a plus. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, leadership skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, and Git. - A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Bachelors or Masters). - Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification would be an advantage.,
