Job Title

Advisor Application Support

Division: DPS
Team: DPS App Ops - BillPay

Team supports certificate management and renewals for all applications in BillPay, code deployments using the Octopus tool, and support & patching validation for Correspondence applications such as Partnercare, Client Connect, CMA, CUI, WSA, WBC, and Page Manager.
Impact on Business:

• Service Quality: Inadequate staffing will compromise the quality of support for BillPay and related applications.

• Project Delays: Ongoing and future projects, including certificate management and code deployments, will face significant delays.

• Coverage gaps and understaffed shifts
