Role: Client Servicing Intern

Location: Marol, Mumbai

What You'll Do

  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns that exceed expectations.
  • Create pitch presentations, proposals, and discussions.
  • Track project performance, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop growth strategies for accounts.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor insights to add value to every client interaction.

What You Bring

  • 0-1 years of experience in client servicing or outreach (preferably in a digital/creative agency).
  • Knowledge of AI tools (HubSpot AI, Apollo, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) for leads and insight generation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence and clarity.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
