Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting budgeting and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial documents as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support audits (internal and external).
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain and monitor accounting systems and processes for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in Automobile Preferred
