Role Summary

We need a highly persuasive Telecaller to convert Instagram/WhatsApp leads into consultations. You must possess expert knowledge of skincare/haircare treatments, articulate communication, and a proven track record in sales.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Industry Expertise:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales in skincare, haircare, or aesthetics (freshers with exceptional credentials may apply).
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare routines, hair treatments, cosmetic procedures, and common client concerns.
  • Communication Mastery:
  • Impeccable spoken English and Tamil (refined vocabulary, articulate phrasing).
  • Proven convincing abilities – adept at handling objections and closing consultations.
  • Tech Proficiency:
  • Expertise in managing Instagram Business DMs and WhatsApp Business chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert leads via calls, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp into paid consultations.
  • Educate clients on procedures (e.g., facials, peels, hair restoration) using technical knowledge.
  • Maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy.
  • Achieve aggressive weekly conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with aestheticians to align client expectations.
