Roles and Responsibilities
- Researching (20%)
• Deep-dive into topics related to parenting, emotional wellbeing, and family dynamics to create evidence-based, relatable, and impactful short courses.
• Brainstorm and suggest topics that resonate with Indian audiences and work effectively in both long-form (courses) and short-form (social) content formats.
- Creating Courses (60%)
• Conceptualize, script, and feature in short courses that inspire and educate parents to build emotional intelligence and stronger connections at home.
• Collaborate with the creative, video, and learning teams — all equipment and venues will be provided by the company to support high-quality production.
- Creating Short-Form Content (20%)
• Create engaging reels, snippets, and micro-learning content for marketing and brand storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest content and social media trends to ensure relevance and virality.
Requirements
• Background in psychology, self-help, or experience as a content creator, coach, or educator in related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience creating content for digital or learning platforms (video, social, or courses).
• Strong communication, scripting, and on-camera presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into emotionally resonant, relatable storytelling.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Passion for mental health, emotional intelligence, and personal transformation.
