Akdenar is looking for HR Interns to support our growing team for a 4-month unpaid internship (Remote).

Internship Highlights:

Position: HR Intern

Duration: 4 Months

Type: Remote, Unpaid

Industry: E-commerce Tech Startup

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job descriptions across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri and Internshala

Screen and shortlist candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Maintain intern database and performance tracking

Help onboard new interns and employees

Assist in creating a fun and engaging remote team culture

Requirements:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Gmail, LinkedIn, MS Excel, Naukri

Interest in recruitment and people operations

Self-motivated and organized

Available to work remotely for 4 months

Having a Laptop for working remotely
