Company Description

PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. We offer four main services: an anonymous chat platform, human peer support, an AI-driven 24/7 support model, and counseling therapy sessions. Our compassionate community includes 6,000 peer supporters and 100 changemakers. Our mission is to address issues such as breakup trauma, family disputes, academic pressure, financial stress, and mental health challenges, aiming to decrease suicide rates and foster healing and connection.

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including policy development, personnel management, and employee benefits administration. Responsibilities will include supporting the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and addressing employee queries. The intern will also help in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with HR software and systems (is a plus)
