uThink Academy seeks a dynamic Course Counsellor with 1-3 years of experience to guide prospective students toward our cutting-edge Digital Marketing courses. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, provide personalized counselling, and drive enrolments by showcasing the transformative potential of our SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing programs. This role is pivotal in helping aspiring marketers launch successful careers in the booming digital industry.​ Key Responsibilities

Manage student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, emails, and social media platforms to build strong leads.​

Counsel students on suitable Digital Marketing courses, explaining modules like SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics to match their career goals.​

Convert leads into enrollments by conducting virtual or in-person sessions, addressing queries, and highlighting course benefits such as hands-on projects and job placements.​

Follow up on prospects, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrolment targets.​ Requirements

1-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or sales within education, preferably Digital Marketing institutes.​

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and trends (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads).​

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a persuasive and empathetic approach.​

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic digital tools; graduate degree preferred.​
