Roles and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
• To convince and convert clients in order to meet revenue targets
• Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management.
• Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team.
• Handle client inquiries via Emails, calls, and chats to provide appropriate solutions, thereby increasing business
• Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for the implementation of strategies
• Manage B2B accounts and handle client calls effectively.
