Sales Analyst - Services

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…

  • Coordinate sales proposal process, take orders, and generate quotes
  • Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all NEXTracker sales
  • Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for support with quote development and to support other customer inquiries
  • Support outside sales reps with quotes, pricing, account maintenance and general research
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, order entry, product sourcing and product availability
  • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and CRM systems
  • Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications
  • Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient communications and provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates
