Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects from concept through completion. You will act as the central point of communication between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from initial client brief to final installation.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review design plans and ensure they align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage procurement and logistics for furnishings, finishes, and materials.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Communicate consistently with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Track project costs, issue invoices, and manage project documentation and contracts.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil / Interior Design, Architecture
  • 3–7 years of experience managing high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.
  • Strong understanding of design documentation, construction processes, and FF&E procurement.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS office & AutoCAD.
  • Add- knowledge of Cutlist and production would be an advantage.
