Lifeline Foundation, based in Vadodara, has been a pioneer of Industrial Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and strengthening the overlap between Occupational Health, Safety and emergency management in industrial setups. Actively working since over 2 decades, its work spans across diverse sectors like highways, industries, ports and mines, partnering with organizations across India and building stronger safety systems, emergency preparedness, and first responder networks.

We are also recognized under the Factories Act, 1948 – Section 111(A) for delivering safety trainings mandatory for factories in Gujarat, reinforcing our commitment to industry compliance and worker welfare.

We are looking for an HSE Trainer for working with us. You will play a vital role in shaping safer workplaces by:

Analyze the safety training requirements of industries and create customized content and modules specific to training requirements of industries

Delivering training on Industrial / Occupational Safety in online and offline modes

Networking and connecting with Safety experts

Being updated with the current practices and scientific developments in the sector

Building awareness programs that strengthen safety culture across organizations

Empowering employees, first responders and communities with practical, life-saving safety skills

What we're looking for:

  • Expertise in Occupational Health & Safety / EHS

  • NEBOSH certification & auditing experience

  • Strong communication & training skills (Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi & English required)

  • Graduation / Post Graduation in Fire & Safety Engineering / Safety & Fire Engineering, Industrial Engineering or allied field

  • Prior industrial safety training experience preferred

This is a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara, Gujarat.
