Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Monitoring and Observability platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical understanding of distributed systems, metrics, logging, tracing, and APM (Application Performance Monitoring) solutions, coupled with strong product management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Monitoring and Observability solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, SRE, DevOps, and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable observability tools.
  • Drive the roadmap for metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting capabilities across multiple systems and services.
  • Translate user pain points into actionable requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern observability technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure observability is embedded into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
