We're Hiring Assistant General Manager – Government & Institutional Business

Location: Lucknow | Department: Business Development / Institutional Sales

Are you passionate about driving growth through government partnerships?

We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Government Business Development initiatives — from identifying new opportunities and managing tenders to building strong relationships with departments, PSUs, and allied agencies.

What You'll Do:


• Identify and pursue tenders, RFPs, and empanelments.


• Build trusted connections with government stakeholders.


• Drive proposal submissions, follow-ups, and project closures.


• Support contract execution and payment coordination.


• Research new government schemes and policy trends to shape strategy.

What We're Looking For:

MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Public Policy, or Engineering (Marketing/Sales preferred)

5+ years' experience in government liaisoning, institutional sales, or tender-based BD

Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tendering

Excellent networking, communication & documentation skills

CTC: ₹9–12 LPA (depending on experience)
