Position : HR Trainee

Location: Pune

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The Trainee will also contribute to maintaining positive employee relations and help ensure employee satisfaction by educating staff on HR policies and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding formalities such as document verification and induction planning.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Coordinate training sessions and assist in collecting feedback from employees.
• Support daily HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualification
• MBA or any master's degree in HR Specialized Preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Should be aware of LinkedIn social networking
• Quick learner and proactive
• Self-disciplined

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
