Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and coordinate with residential real estate project developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting project details, securing campaign budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of all necessary marketing and promotional collaterals. This role is critical to bridging the gap between the developers and internal marketing/execution teams.
Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned residential project developers.
- Data Collection: Gather all relevant project information, including pricing, floor plans, amenities, location highlights, and target audience insights.
- Campaign Planning: Work with developers to define campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Coordinate and finalize campaign budgets with developers and ensure internal alignment.
- Collateral Management: Ensure timely receipt of all marketing collaterals (logos, brochures, creatives, videos, etc.) from the developer side.
- Internal Liaison: Collaborate closely with the internal marketing, design, and media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Reporting: Maintain regular updates and status reports on each account/project, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all required documentation, including agreements, creative approvals, and budgets, are properly recorded and archived.
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
