Solution Architect
who is
100% revenue-focused
, client-facing, and can drive business growth by understanding client needs, designing IT solutions, and converting opportunities into projects.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships from discovery to deal closure.
  • Understand business processes and technical requirements to design scalable IT solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, and SOWs.
  • Conduct client demos, workshops, and POCs to showcase solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in IT solution architecture, pre-sales, or IT consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and meeting sales targets in IT services or automation consulting.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), software architecture, APIs, integrations, automation, low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially savvy, client-focused, and proactive in generating business opportunities.
