About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated
Marketing & Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, communication, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth:
    Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and reach potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Communication:
    Engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead Generation:
    Research markets, generate leads, and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Target Achievement:
    Work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Market Insights:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine our sales strategies.
  • Brand Promotion:
    Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    1.5 to 2 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in tech, IoT, or software industry).
  • Education:
    Any graduate degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • Communication:
    Excellent command over
    English
    (spoken and written).
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency – MS Office, Email, CRM, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
