Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site recces and feasibility studies for all upcoming QSR stores (KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee).
  • Take accurate site measurements and record all dimensions required for layout planning.
  • Capture and document MEP service points including HVAC, drainage, plumbing, electrical, and other utilities.
  • Identify site constraints, risks, and opportunities relevant to QSR fit outs.
  • Define the scope of work during feasibility, ensuring alignment with brand and project standards.
  • Prepare and submit feasibility reports (with drawings, photos, and service mapping) in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to clarify queries and provide inputs for layout finalization.
  • Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (AP/TS), with additional visits to other states as required.
  • Maintain a repository of feasibility reports for internal reference and audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design (preferred).
  • 3–7 years' experience in feasibility/site surveys within retail, QSR, or commercial interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, drainage, plumbing, and electrical services relevant to QSR/restaurant projects.
  • Ability to prepare professional feasibility reports with clear scope of work.
  • Ability to create professional feasibility reports in MS Office with integrated CAD inputs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 10–15 days per month) across AP/TS and nearby regions.
