Job Description
We are looking for a project manager to lead and manage various projects for our clients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, communicate project status and issues, and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor and track project progress, performance, and quality using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification and control techniques.
  • Report and escalate project issues and risks to senior management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of project team members and external vendors.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the client's expectations and requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proficient in project management software tools.
  • Experience of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
