Section II - SCOPE OF WORK

We need consultant for a 4 week engagement to assess and enhance UMG's usage of Atlassian JIRA and its integration with 

Week 1: Discovery & Analysis
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current JIRA and  usage.
  • Review existing configurations and workflows.
  • Document high-level workflows and pain points.
  • Draft initial recommendations for improvements across People, Process, and Tools.
  • Finalize recommendations through consensus with key stakeholders.
Deliverables:
  • Summary of current processes and JIRA/Monday usage.
  • Identified gaps and issues list.
Week 2: Design & Planning
  • Present and refine redesign recommendations.
  • Define the scope of reconfiguration to be implemented.
  • Outline integration approach between  and JIRA.
  • Propose data extraction methods for Power BI reporting.
Deliverables:
  • Finalized redesign recommendations.
  • Integration approach document.
  • Power BI data extraction outline (fields, format, frequency).
Week 3: Implementation
  • Implement mutually agreed JIRA-specific configurations.
  • Provide support for JIRA/Monday integration follow-ups.
  • Address open questions from previous weeks.
Deliverables:
  • Completed JIRA reconfigurations.
  • Integration support summary.
Week 4: Contingency & Wrap-Up
  • Allocate time for additional JIRA or integration work as needed.
  • Summarize recommendations including tool alignment and process adjustments.
  • Confirm feasible reconfiguration scope.
Deliverables:
  • Updated deliverables from prior weeks (as needed).
  • Final Q&A and support session summar
