We are seeking a professional who can combine the strengths of strategic project management, Agile program leadership, and delivery accountability. In this role, you will ensure that business goals, execution, and value delivery remain fully aligned, while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

You will act as both a trusted partner for stakeholders and a servant leader for teams, helping us transform the way we deliver diagnostic solutions and shaping the future of project and agile practices at Roche.

• Strategic partnership: Align project outcomes with organizational strategy, enabling informed decisions and measurable impact.

• Delivery ownership: Ensure reliable delivery of program and project outcomes, balancing scope, quality, budget, and timelines. Proactively identify risks, remove impediments, and safeguard commitments.

• Project execution: Drive planning, resource management, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards to achieve intended results.

• Agile program facilitation: Optimize the flow of value across the Agile Release Train (ART), prepare and facilitate PI Planning and ART events, and track progress, risks, and impediments.

• Collaboration & leadership: Build strong team dynamics through coaching and knowledge sharing, supporting leaders, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters in Agile ways of working.

• Continuous improvement: Promote a culture of curiosity, reflective learning, and operational excellence, while encouraging adoption of modern practices like DevOps.

• Transparency & data-driven decisions: Provide high-quality data and insights to support portfolio prioritization, scenario analysis, and clear stakeholder communication.

We are looking for passionate professionals ready to make an impact by combining project management expertise with Agile leadership.

• Experience: Proven background in leading complex projects or programs, ideally in regulated or technology-driven environments.

• Expertise: Strong understanding of project management, Agile practices, and delivery management. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Aha. Certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMP) are an asset but not mandatory.

• Leadership: Ability to engage, influence, and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders. Skilled in facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Delivery mindset: Strong sense of accountability, ensuring commitments are met while adapting to evolving priorities.

• Mindset: Servant leader with high emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and a strong drive for collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Communication: Clear, inclusive, and impactful communicator who can foster trust and alignment at all levels.
