Job description:

We are seeking an experienced CRE Executive to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience or more in customer relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. As a CRE Executive, you will be the point of contact between the company and clients, helping resolve inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Premium Customer Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers.
  • Handle all queries, complaints, and requests from premium customers efficiently.
  • Ensure personalized services and solutions to meet premium customer expectations.
  • Customer Relations Oversight:
  • Monitor customer interaction quality handled by the CRE team.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address escalated complaints and provide quick resolutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and review reports on team performance, customer feedback, and satisfaction levels.
  • Identify trends and propose improvements in customer service processes.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as Customer Relationship or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Educational Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
  • Any additional certifications or training in customer service would be advantageous.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
