Intern-Psychometric Researcher

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Research team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Research | Intern – Psychometric assessment
Responsibilities:

• Content Creation (30%): A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to develop content (e.g., item writing, etc.) for psychometric assessments, including personality, cognitive, interest, and motivation assessments. This involves meeting all quality standards and independentlyconducting literature reviews to produce high-quality technical documents such as reports, manuals, and whitepapers efficiently.
• Data Analysis and Management (30%): Another critical responsibility is organizing data collected from various platforms and utilizing appropriate statistical tools to analyze iteffectively. This involves extracting insights and drawing meaningful conclusions from thedata.
• R&D and Market Analysis (30%): Stay updated on the latest innovations and advancements in psychometric assessments within an organizational context. This includes exploring newer assessment types like gamification and being aware of emerging trends in the field.
• Coordination with Internal Teams (10%): Collaborate with different teams within Mercer Mettl, including content, consultants, product, technology, and operations teams. Thiscoordination ensures smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks.

Minimum Requirement:

• Excellent written and verbal communication (critical)
• Hands-on with data analysis via statistical tools like Excel and SPSS (most critical)
• Basic knowledge of Psychometrics and/or Test Construction (most critical)
• High learning agility (very critical)
• Attention to detail (very critical)
