Role Overview

As a
Product Growth Intern
, you'll work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to accelerate user adoption, improve engagement, and optimize conversion funnels. You will analyze data, identify growth levers, test hypotheses, and help scale Nynii to new heights.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, experimentation, and solving real user problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the
    growth roadmap
    for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Analyze
    user journeys
    to identify friction points and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to execute
    A/B tests and experiments
    .
  • Track and report
    product metrics
    (DAU, conversion, churn, etc.) using analytics tools.
  • Conduct
    competitor and market research
    to benchmark growth strategies.
  • Assist in
    launching product campaigns, referral programs, and in-app optimizations
    .
  • Suggest UX/UI improvements based on behavioral data and feedback.
  • Work on
    user segmentation, targeting, and re-engagement campaigns
    .

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for digital products and user experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, or Excel
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for action.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    growth hacking or startup environments
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    product funnels and retention metrics
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SQL or data visualization
    tools is a plus.
  • Awareness of the
    Indian home services market
    or gig-economy platforms.
