Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: M41 MIDC Industrial Area, Hingna Road, Nagpur

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and develop new business leads.
  • Conduct field visits to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers and end-users.
  • Collect and report market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, and product trends.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare periodic reports on visits, enquiries, and customer feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with prior experience in steel, paper, or packaging industries preferred.
  • Should possess a pleasing personality and be soft-spoken and customer-oriented.
  • Must have own vehicle (company will reimburse fuel expenses for official use).
  • Should be active, disciplined, and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills required.
