Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and be proficient in various programming languages and frameworks. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in software development.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for source code management.
  • Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for data storage solutions.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and communication.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve skills.

Skills

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with framework: Laravel
  • Familiarity with front-end development using Angular, React, or
  • Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
  • Understanding of system architecture principles and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, and MongoDB.
  • Experience in web design principles including responsive design and UX/UI best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for web applications.
