We are looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) Intern
to join our dynamic team. This is a
remote, unpaid internship
with a
flexible schedule (2–3 hours per day)
for
5 months
, designed for students, freshers, or early-career professionals eager to gain
hands-on experience in business analysis and strategy
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze
    business and user requirements
    to improve platform efficiency.
  • Create
    workflow diagrams and documentation
    for new and existing processes.
  • Research and report on
    market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
    .
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify
    gaps and opportunities
    for growth.
  • Assist in developing
    data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations
    for management.
  • Provide insights to support
    strategic decision-making and product development
    .

Required Skills:

  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Google Sheets or MS Excel
    ; familiarity with basic data analysis.
  • Good
    communication and documentation
    abilities.
  • Ability to
    work independently
    with attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of
    SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools
    .
