Objective:

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager - Taxation to join our Finance department on full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be involved in leading comprehensive tax compliance efforts. The candidate will provide strategic guidance on tax-related matters, manage tax audits, and ensure effective communication with tax authorities. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide and support the finance team in achieving organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance- Both Direct and Indirect Taxation including Income Tax & GST

  • Filing of various Tax Returns and challan for Tax Payments

  • Preparation & Filing of Various Tax Returns in compliance with tax laws

  • Providing guidance on tax-related matters, including implications of transactions and potential risks, if any .

  • Coordinating and managing tax audits, responding to inquiries from tax authorities, and providing necessary documentation

  • Assisting in creating and updating Tax P & L

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting.. Professional Certifications such as CA, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in managing tax compliance and audits, including financial operations.
  • Experience in leadership roles, preferably in a managerial capacity within the finance department., ideally in healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • A strong understanding of tax laws, statutory regulations, audit processes, and cash flow management is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills are required.
