Product Lead – Commercial Lines Underwriting

Description
  • Good understanding of Commercial Line Underwriting
  • Logical thinking ability
  • Sound analytical & solution oriented mindset.
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Good in Excel & MIS Analysis

Primary Responsibilities

  • Underwriting of Commercial Iine products (Fire, Enggineerig, Miscellenious, Libaility limited to Employee compensation & Public Liability (industrial / Non Industrail / Act)
  • Responsible for preparation of Quotation- Refferal as per authority
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all the underwriting approvals & guidelines.
  • Portfolio Management and Market benchmarking & identifying the areas for correction
  • Conduct trainings w.r.t. Commercial products & UW processes with Internal business team and external members as when demand
  • Regular connect with distribution team and Intermediary to Grow business Mix
  • Contribute in achieving the top-line & LR targets as set by the management through regular reviews with all stakeholders

Maintaining the track of Business data, preparing the MIS and provide data for analysis as & when required.
