We're looking for an HR Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Mumbai office and drive seamless HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and people engagement across our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS).
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Oversee HR data management, MIS, and reporting.
  • Support staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and office operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory obligations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
