Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CRM, ERP, and enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate is skilled at planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring projects meet quality, scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project delivery across CRM/ERP platforms

· Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and stakeholders

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations effectively

· Conduct project planning, risk assessments, and track progress

· Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews

· Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality metrics

· Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to project standards

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise software or digital transformation projects

· PMP Certification (or equivalent project management methodology certification) is required

· Strong negotiation skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration

· Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PMP tools

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

· Ability to manage risks and drive issue resolution

Preferred Experience

· Experience managing projects in both regional and international settings

· Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms

· Exposure to flagship products like Property-xRM

· Recognition through industry awards or certifications is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹200,000.00 per month
