About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager – Civil with 5–6 years of construction experience to lead and oversee civil construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will excel in project coordination, team leadership, and ensuring successful, on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects.
  • Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and client updates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of civil construction experience, including project coordination or management responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methods, site operations, and project management principles.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of project management software (MS Project/Primavera) is an asset.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration.
