Responsibilities:
- Translate complex AI-native workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly designs
- Understand and internalize customer personas deeply to design experiences tailored to their pain points and goals
- Lead the design process from discovery and research to prototyping and final delivery
- Conduct interviews, usability testing, and analyze feedback/data to inform and iterate on design decisions
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product
- Stay ahead of design trends, especially in AI and enterprise SaaS, and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field with a focus on human computer interaction
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for B2B SaaS products, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and a strong understanding of design principles
- Hands-on experience designing for AI-native or AI-powered workflows
- Strong interest/aptitude in AI-first design with hands-on exposure to tools such as Lovable, Figma MCP, Replit and more.
- Demonstrated ability to apply user-centered design methodologies, conduct user research, and use data to drive design decisions
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar software and experience in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision.
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation in the design process
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
