Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of mobile and web application projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, and version control.
  • Facilitate UAT, deployment, and post-launch support activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and executive updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on
    mobile (iOS/Android)
    and
    web application
    projects.
  • Proven experience managing agile development projects (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent understanding of
    UI/UX processes
    , APIs, and
    cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    .
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile app ecosystems, web technologies (React, Angular, , etc.), and RESTful services.
  • Experience using project management tools like
    JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
    .
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certification preferred (not mandatory).
