Job Summary:

Leading Hospital is hiring Nursing Educators for its multispecialty hospital branches in Pune, Haridwar, and Dispur (Guwahati).

The Nursing Educator will be responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation, induction, and continuing education sessions for nursing staff.
  • Design and implement training programs for clinical skill enhancement.
  • Evaluate nurse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient care standards, and NABH guidelines.
  • Assist in developing nursing manuals, SOPs, and assessment tools.
  • Support clinical audits and coordinate with the HR and Quality teams for staff upskilling.
  • Provide bedside teaching and mentoring in wards and ICUs.

  • Strong clinical and teaching knowledge.
  • Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in nursing procedures and hospital protocols.
  • Ability to guide and motivate junior nursing staff.
