We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Tutor Clinical Instructor to join our educational institution The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to nursing students ensuring they gain the knowledge skills and clinical competencies necessary to excel in their nursing careers Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging lectures seminars and practical sessions in various nursing subjects as well as designing implementing and evaluating educational programs and curricula to meet accreditation standards and the evolving needs of the healthcare industry The instructor will provide hands-on clinical instruction in hospital and community settings supervising and guiding students in real-world patient care scenarios Assessing and evaluating student performance through exams practical assessments and clinical evaluations and offering constructive feedback to support their academic and professional growth is also crucial The candidate will foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment encouraging student participation critical thinking and a commitment to lifelong learning Staying current with developments in nursing practice education and research and integrating new knowledge into teaching methodologies is essential Additionally the role involves collaborating with faculty clinical partners and healthcare organizations to enhance educational programs and student learning experiences as well as participating in academic advising mentoring and professional development activities Qualifications include a Master s degree in Nursing MSN or higher a valid nursing license a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year teaching experience in a nursing education program Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills along with a commitment to student success and excellence in nursing education are essential Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
